Javier Flaim is a marketing executive, former CEO, and growth strategist with 25+ years of experience building and scaling technology businesses. Most recently, he served as CMO at Digital Harmonic, an enterprise AI platform delivering solutions to enhance video and signal processing for the media, healthcare, and government sectors. There he developed deep expertise in translating complex AI capabilities into clear commercial value, bridging the gap between technical innovation and market adoption.

Previously, Javier was CEO of Recyclebank, a VC-backed platform (Kleiner Perkins, Generation Investment Management) recognized by Fast Company as One of the World's Most Innovative Companies. He led a multi-year turnaround while scaling the behavioral change platform reaching millions of users. His career spans leadership roles in innovation consulting, demand generation, and marketing transformation, consistently focused on building systems that turn technology potential into measurable business outcomes.

Javier holds an M.B.A. in Strategy and Marketing from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
